Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and assigning daily tasks for a team of maintenance technicians
- Running the show in the CMMS—building job plans, PM schedules, and tracking work orders
- Working hand-in-hand with operations to schedule maintenance during downtime
- Keeping safety the #1 priority by enforcing LOTO, arc flash, and hot work protocols
Requirements
- 5+ years of maintenance experience with 3+ years as a team lead or Supervisor
Qualifications
- Experience with CMMS software for scheduling and planning
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Skills
- Experience in food/beverage manufacturing, spray drying, powder processing, or medical/pharma manufacturing (bonus points)
