What You'll Do

As the Maintenance Supervisor at Curaleaf, you will lead the day-to-day maintenance of our facility, ensuring our buildings, equipment, and grounds remain safe, functional, and operating efficiently. You'll oversee preventative maintenance programs, respond to routine and emergency repair needs, and partner with cross-functional teams to quickly resolve facility issues that support uninterrupted operations.

  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and routine repairs throughout the facility and grounds
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and replace building components including doors, cabinetry, flooring, ceilings, walls, lighting, plumbing fixtures, roofing, masonry, and other facility systems
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including plumbing issues, power outages, water leaks, and other urgent facility concerns
  • Complete, prioritize, and document preventative maintenance activities and daily work orders while ensuring timely resolution of facility deficiencies
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate the installation, relocation, assembly, and maintenance of equipment, furniture, and fixtures as needed to support operations
  • Escalate specialized repairs to the appropriate trade professionals and coordinate work to ensure projects are completed efficiently
  • Assist with seasonal facility maintenance, including snow removal and de-icing, to maintain a safe environment for employees and visitors
  • Partner with cultivation, operations, and cross-functional teams to proactively address facility needs and support business continuity

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in building or facilities maintenance
  • High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or certification in building maintenance preferred
  • Experience performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, wiring diagrams, ladder diagrams, and schematics
  • Proficiency using a wide variety of industrial hand and power tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to safely climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and hours as needed to support business and operational needs

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk or hear, use hands to finger or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb and balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs. This position requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).

Work Environment

This position has allergen warnings - Potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens. Requires daily use of provided PPE, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary. Requires the ability to work in confined spaces. Has exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms. Requires a high stress tolerance, adaptability, and flexibility. Ability to work in an ever-changing environment.
