What You'll Do Supervise and coach maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance managementOversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all plant equipment and facilitiesTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtimeMaintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentationCollaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issuesRecommend equipment upgrades, modifications, or process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliabilityParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety programs What You'll Need Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills in an industrial or recycling environmentLeadership and team management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluationKnowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practicesAbility to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsStrong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to workplace safety and regulatory complianceMinimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleExperience with automated or computerized manufacturing equipment preferred Your Education High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience OR a technical degree in a related field We are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
