Maintenance Supervisor
How You Will Make an Impact
You will be the backbone of property operations by ensuring that all buildings and grounds are maintained, safe, and fully functional. From repairs to preventative maintenance, your work directly supports the quality, safety, and livability of our communities.
Who You Are
- Hands-on, dependable, and take pride in keeping things working the right way
- Stay calm under pressure, can troubleshoot problems efficiently, and don’t mind switching between tasks throughout the day
- Experience in apartment maintenance or general maintenance work (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or trim work preferred)
- A strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- A willingness to learn and grow in technical skills and certifications
Minimum Qualifications and Competencies
- One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to speak effectively with customers one-on-one or groups of employees of organization
