Responsibilities

- Coordinate with external contractors to manage repair and improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management or maintenance.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
