About the role
The role involves overseeing maintenance activities across various facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure facility operations are running smoothly.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors to manage repair and improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to prevent unexpected downtime.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance or similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
