About the role
Creekside Apartments in Pulaski, TN is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to manage a 88-apartment community.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC experience required
- EPA Type II or Universal required
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
- Basic tools and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Complete service requests and apartment make-readies
- Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance calls
- Supervise vendors and assist with staff oversight
- Maintain inventory and operate within budget
- Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
