Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee property maintenance, grounds, and amenities
Complete service requests and apartment make-readies
Train and manage maintenance team members and vendors
Ensure safety standards and compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
Deliver excellent customer service to residents

What We're Looking For

2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
Strong HVAC knowledge; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment repair
Ability to handle after-hours calls
Strong communication and leadership skills
