About the role
Taylor at 502 in Louisville, KY is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with extensive HVAC and plumbing experience. EPA certification is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to exceptional resident service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all property maintenance operations and staff
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Manage maintenance budget, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Ensure timely response to service requests and after-hours emergencies
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
- Provide top-tier service to residents and uphold community standards
Requirements
- EPA certification
- At least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong plumbing experience (required)
- Strong leadership skills
- A commitment to exceptional resident service
Preferred Skills
- HVAC certification
- Strong plumbing experience
- Pool maintenance experience (a plus)
