About the role
Looking for a maintenance leadership role where you're valued, supported, and set up for long-term success? Vetra Drake's Creek is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the service team and oversee all aspects of community maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance operations and service team performance
- Oversee apartment turns and preventive maintenance programs
- Diagnose and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ensure community appearance and curb appeal standards are maintained
- Manage work orders efficiently and provide excellent resident service
- Maintain inventory and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairs
- Dependable, organized, and customer-focused professional
