Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role

As a Resident Service Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our communities. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of maintenance associates.
• Utilize HVAC 608 Certification and demonstrate proficiency in electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Ensure the community operates smoothly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee timely completion of all service requests and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors to address maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Collaborate with the service team to enhance curb appeal and uphold high property standards.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.

Requirements

• HVAC 608 Certification (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance and team supervision (7 years preferred).
• Electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors.
• Knowledge of preventive and general maintenance.
• College degree helpful but not required.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Bilingual (a plus).
