Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor at Lenox Club is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities ensuring the property remains in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and landscaping services.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Manage a team of maintenance staff and provide training and development opportunities.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues related to property maintenance.
• Prepare and submit monthly maintenance reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead projects.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with building management software.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Pay

$X per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts.
