Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring that equipment and systems are maintained in optimal condition to support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades to company equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot issues to maintain equipment efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional maintenance needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory maintenance role.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with project management tools and techniques.

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
