Responsibilities

  • Leading and supervising front-line maintenance employees to ensure safe and effective execution of maintenance activities.
  • Supporting daily maintenance operations to maximize equipment reliability and operational performance.
  • Collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and other support functions to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitoring work schedules, resource allocation, and maintenance priorities to meet operational requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve asset performance.
  • Identifying operational issues and implementing effective corrective actions to support continuous improvement.
  • Managing activities within established budgets and contributing to efficient use of resources.
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting employee development through coaching, performance management, and skills development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing.
  • Have experience leading or supervising employees within a manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial environment.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Have the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
  • Have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Have experience supporting maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
