Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Area Property Manager and is expected to make teamwork and customer service their top priority. They will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities at assigned communities. This includes taking ownership for maintenance needs of approximately 125 luxury townhomes across two communities, working on maintenance requests, scheduling and prioritizing maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and budget-conscious manner. The Maintenance Supervisor, along with every member of our team, will also be responsible for assisting residents, delivering exceptional customer service, and making teamwork a top priority.

Schedule
Monday thru Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with rotating on-call schedule (some evenings/weekends required)
Pay
$30 - $33 per hour + eligible for bonuses (estimation, based upon experience)
Qualifications
- EPA Universal / HVAC certification is required
- Minimum of basic language skills in English required (fluent bi-lingual preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience
- Experience managing a team of maintenance technicians
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including email and some Microsoft products
Requirements
- 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general repairs
- Experience maintaining older apartment communities and aging building systems
- Able to commit to standard work schedule
- Availability for after-hours emergency responsibilities and general on-call rotation schedule
