About the role
The role involves overseeing maintenance activities across various facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure facility operations are running smoothly.
- Coordinate with external contractors to manage repair and upgrade projects.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and comply with relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory maintenance role.
- Proficiency in safety management systems and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and equipment operation.

Pay

Schedule
