Maintenance Supervisor
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Let's extract sections:
- About The Role: description of purpose, duties, shift, etc.
- What You'll Accomplish: includes typical maintenance leadership and management duties, routine maintenance activities & training, advanced maintenance approaches (TPM & RCM). Could be considered Responsibilities.
- Education: WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: includes Education, Field Of Study Preferred, Required Work Experience, etc. Could be Requirements/Qualifications.
- Additional Requirements: includes travel, physical requirements, etc.
- What We Offer: benefits list.
- Pay: Not explicitly given; only "Competitive salary" but no specific number. According to rules: do NOT create Pay section unless posting actually states them. "Competitive salary" is vague; not a specific figure. Should we include Pay? The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It says "Competitive salary" which is a statement but not a specific number. Likely we should not create Pay section because it's not specific. However Benefits section we can include because they list specific benefits.
- Schedule: they mention Shift: C Shift (7pm to 7am) and twenty-four hour working environment with multiple shifts and varying schedules. That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section.
- Benefits: we have list.
- Responsibilities: we have duties.
- Requirements/Qualifications: we have education, experience, certifications, etc.
- Skills: maybe we can include skills like knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to read diagrams, etc. But we could incorporate into Requirements.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include Job ID/Req ID etc. So we drop those lines.
We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We must preserve all substantive info.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll structure:
About the Role
... (the About The Role paragraph)
Responsibilities
- ... each duty
under Schedule heading. Benefits: list: - Competitive salary (maybe we can include as benefit? but we decided not to create Pay section; but we could include under Benefits as "Competitive salary". However rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits section is allowed because they list benefits. So we can include Competitive salary as a benefit item. - Retirement Savings: Choose from 401(k) pre-tax and/or Roth after-tax savings - Employee Stock Purchase Plan - Medical, Dental, Disability and Life Insurance - Holistic Health & Well-being programs - Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) for health and dependent care - Vision and other Voluntary benefits and discounts - Paid time off & paid holidays - Paid Parental Leave (maternity & paternity) - Educational Assistance Program We should output as
- each.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now produce HTML.
We need to ensure we don't include any markdown fences.
Let's craft.
