About the Role
Our Maintenance Supervisor Associate will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling the field service operations in their respective area. They will be the first point of contact for their technicians and for all technical or operational issues raised by our customers. They will also be accountable for the costs of the maintenance field operations and for revenues of callout and service repairs sales.

- Bring 5+ years of progressive and successful general elevator understanding or worked in the environment to KONE
