About the role
Ackermann Group has been operating in the Midwest since 1938, and that kind of tenure doesn't happen without operational discipline. The company manages its own portfolio, which means maintenance decisions get made by people who understand asset value, not just work order volume. The Maintenance Supervisor at Altura Apartments, a 201-unit community in Cincinnati, sits at the center of that discipline. This is a full-scope supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the make‑ready schedule and keep vacant units market‑ready
- Manage parts inventory and hold vendor relationships
- Execute the preventive maintenance plan
