We specialize in providing outpatient services, residential treatment programs, mental health housing, and other supports in beautiful and therapeutic service settings.

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for daily monitoring of work order software systems and following procedures for entering, assigning, and documenting all notes, services, supplies, and labor to ensure timely completion. This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate and report effectively.

The Maintenance Supervisor will provide daily supervision and delegation of assignments to maintenance technicians, participate in hiring, discipline, and termination of maintenance staff, and perform or delegate regular preventative maintenance tasks such as replacing air filters, inspecting for plumbing leaks, replacing caulking in bathrooms, replacing ceiling tile grout, and painting as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage work order software systems, including entering, assigning, and documenting services, supplies, and labor.
  • Supervise and delegate assignments to maintenance technicians daily.
  • Participate in hiring, discipline, and termination of maintenance staff.
  • Perform and/or delegate preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing air filters, inspecting plumbing, caulking, painting).
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety procedures.
  • Drive as an essential function of the position (valid driver’s license required).

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing oversight of general maintenance and landscaping.
  • General knowledge of construction, property maintenance, and safety procedures.
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience leading a cohesive team.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
  • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat/kneel, use hands and fingers, stand, walk, reach, climb stairs and ladders, and operate tools/machinery.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and maneuver bulky objects.
  • Successful completion of crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings.

Pay

$4,833–$6,000 per month (DOE/credentials), equivalent to $58,000–$72,000 yearly salary.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full Time, Day Shift).
