Responsibilities

  • Supervise hourly Electro Mechanic Technicians (EMTs) to meet company goals and initiatives related to cost, line efficiencies, waste, safety, and productivity.
  • Manage hourly EMTs on dayshift and offshift, leading maintenance technicians to achieve performance standards in PM completion, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Promote Tropicana Brands Group’s TPM efforts and advance Preventative Maintenance processes using a manual maintenance management system.
  • Oversee and ensure facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
  • Work closely with suppliers and coordinate vendors supporting maintenance activities.
  • Manage Resource Conservation initiatives and facilities management.
  • Align team agenda with Annual Operating Plan objectives and maintain spending within budget.
  • Develop others through training, coaching, setting expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing good performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Identify performance gaps, investigate root causes, and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
  • Administer company policies, procedures, and the collective bargaining agreement within the department.
  • Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies.
  • Structure and prioritize tasks in an ambiguous work environment.
  • Implement short and long-term strategies to support organizational operations and transformation.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a B.S. in Science, Engineering, or Maintenance Technologies, or comparable work experience (at least 5+ additional years).
  • 5+ years in a high-speed Manufacturing environment, required.
  • Maintenance experience in a food and beverage environment with a progressive career path, preferred.
  • Must have permanent, unrestricted U.S. work authorization (citizen, green card, or unrestricted EAD).

Schedule

3rd shift: 5:30 pm – 6:00 am, Sunday – Wednesday (Saturday or Sunday rotation every 6-8 weeks).

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
