Maintenance Supervisor - 3300 Tamarac

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, 3300 Tamarac in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform or delegate minor and routine maintenance
• Oversee and inspect work performed by maintenance staff
• Manage system for handling resident service requests
• Assist manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel
• Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings
• Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures
• Coordinate or perform equipment maintenance

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred
• Maintenance experience with at least 150 units
• Experience in all trades
• Team player with a superior customer service attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

$36–$43/hour, DOE
