Maintenance Supervisor (1142339)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of four maintenance mechanics.
• Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Manage and execute the preventive maintenance (PM) schedule.
• Prioritize maintenance work to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Order parts, tools, and maintenance supplies while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Cook up with vendors, contractors, and outside service partners to support maintenance activities.
• Work closely with operations to schedule repairs and communicate equipment status.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and safety documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Technical training is preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience are required.
• Previous experience leading or directing maintenance personnel is preferred.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Basic electrical knowledge and welding experience are a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems is required.
• The ability to pass required physical and drug screening is necessary.
