Maintenance Superintendent
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse content. First paragraph: description of company and role: "The Michaels Organization is a national leader... The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible, under the direction of the Community Manager or Maintenance Manager, for the overall maintenance of one or more sites." That's about the role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that in
. Then "Responsibilities" heading: after that there is a block starting with "Responsibilities". Then many bullet-like sentences. We'll need to convert to
- . The content includes many responsibilities sentences. We'll list each as
- . Must preserve all.
Then after responsibilities, there is "Physical Demands Of Job Activity ..." with a table of activity levels. This is not a standard section heading but could be part of Requirements? Might be considered "Physical Demands". Not in allowed headings list. We could include under "Requirements" maybe? But we should not invent headings not listed. The allowed headings are limited; we can put physical demands under "Requirements" or "Skills"? Probably "Requirements" includes experience, education, etc. Physical demands could be part of "Requirements". We'll include as
or maybe as
- but not a separate heading.
Then "Qualifications" section: includes Required Experience, Required Education/Training, Required Skills And Abilities, Working Conditions. We'll need to map to headings: Qualifications, Skills, maybe Requirements? The allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We have content for Qualifications (Required Experience, Education/Training). Also Skills (Required Skills And Abilities). Also Working Conditions maybe part of Skills or Requirements. We'll decide.
We have Pay: Salary Range $27.00 per hour. Also earlier "Salary Range Information" paragraph. So we have pay info.
Benefits: "Rewards & Benefits" paragraph describing benefits.
Schedule: Not explicitly given; there is mention of willingness to work evenings, weekends, holiday and on-call hours when required. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So we include only those with content.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none.
Now produce HTML fragment.

About the role
... (company description and role summary)
Responsibilities
- ??? Actually we should not nest ul inside li? Could but better to keep flat list. The text includes a colon then list of specific tasks. We could break them into separate li items. Let's extract each bullet:

We'll include each as li.
After that, we have Physical Demands table. We'll include as a
maybe under Responsibilities? But better under Requirements? Actually physical demands could be part of Requirements. We'll create a
under Requirements? But we haven't created Requirements heading yet. We'll create Requirements heading and include physical demands plus maybe other requirement info like experience? However we have Qualifications heading for experience/education. We'll split: Requirements could contain physical demands and maybe working conditions? But we also have Skills heading for skills/abilities. Let's decide. We have Required Experience, Education/Training (Qualifications). Required Skills And Abilities (Skills). Working Conditions (maybe under Requirements or Skills). Physical Demands (maybe under Requirements). We'll create:
Requirements
Physical Demands: ... (list)
Working Conditions: Work conditions will vary from clean rental units to extremely dirty jobs such as plumbing repair and grounds work; will be exposed to cleaning solvents, paint fumes, dust, sharp objects and live electrical wiring; must be willing to work evenings, weekends, holiday and on-call hours when required.
But we also have willingness to work evenings etc already in Working Conditions; also appears in Schedule. We'll keep. Now Qualifications:Qualifications

Check for any missing substantive info: The initial company description and role summary: we placed under About the role. Did we include the sentence "The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible, under the direction of the Community Manager or Maintenance Manager, for the overall maintenance of one or more sites." Yes. We also included "Participate in all maintenance projects, ..." etc. We included "Assist the Community Manager or Maintenance Manager in scheduling annual apartment inspections and during apartment move-in and move-out inspections."
