Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance and upkeep of property
- Maintain safe and organized work environment
- Order materials for assigned work
- Diagnose/repair/replace all building systems to include HVAC, electrical, septic, fixtures and appliances and inspections
- Janitorial tasks
- Turnovers
- Maintain grounds
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be available for on call evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Experience in property management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
- Ability to diagnose and repair various building systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay
Salary range is $24-$26/hr. DOE.
Schedule
Full Time, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am.
