About the role
This position performs various duties such as matching incoming supplies against PO’s, monitoring inventory needs, developing inventory replenishment reports for purchasing, and taking cycle counts for inventory purposes. This role communicates with all levels of the organization and works as a cross-functional team player to support the business needs.

- Matches incoming supplies against PO’s
- Maintains inventory needs
- Develops inventory replenishment reports for purchasing

- Identifies parts accurately by sight and from verbal identification using standard mechanical nomenclature
- Provides excellent customer service to proactively support production and maintenance needs
- Documents visual factory cycle counts
- Provides knowledge of storeroom indicators
- Creates measures on parts usage by team
- Led and contributes to 5S standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- AA degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years relevant manufacturing experience (warehouse, stock selection, inventory)
- Basic math functions, with accurate clerical data entry skills
- Operate storeroom computer, using SAP, Microsoft applications or knowledge of similar systems
- Able to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Able to work within and embrace a result focused, team-based HPO culture
- Able to communicate professionally at all times
- Able to have excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule with shift and work day assignments to support business needs

Base Salary: $21.60 - $32.40
