Maintenance Specialist

About the role

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at our main campus in Berwyn, PA. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of over 800 staff—including clinicians, direct support professionals, and other maintenance experts—to identify solutions for maintenance and safety while supporting the happiness, self-fulfillment, and social integration of each adult in our community.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks to maintain campus facilities
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues to ensure a safe and functional environment
• Work collaboratively with staff across departments to support program needs

Qualifications

• Trade or high school diploma or GED required
• At least three (3) years of experience in plumbing, painting, or electrical field
• May require journeyman rating or appropriate local licensure
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age

Pay

Pay range: $24.00 – $27.36 per hour
