The work model
Your role and responsibilities:
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and performance.
- Perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
- Troubleshoot and support repairs of automated equipment, control systems, and production machinery.
- Analyze equipment performance data and implement reliability improvements to reduce downtime and costs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years OR Associate’s Degree with minimum 4 years OR High School Diploma/GED with minimum 6 years industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automated equipment troubleshooting.
- Experience with PMs, PLCs, Control Logic and industrial machinery diagnostics.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with AutoCAD, SAP, Shopfloor Display, Workday or other maintenance management systems. Proficiency in analytical problem-solving tools such as TPM, RCFA, FMEA, or Six Sigma methodologies. Ability to read technical drawings and manuals and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
