About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve client issues related to hardware and software.
  • Maintain and upgrade client equipment as needed.
  • Train clients on proper use and troubleshooting of their systems.
  • Document all interactions and service activities for future reference.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of common networking protocols and standards.

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in IT tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
