About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client issues related to hardware and software.
- Maintain and upgrade client equipment as needed.
- Train clients on proper use and troubleshooting of their systems.
- Document all interactions and service activities for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of common networking protocols and standards.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in IT tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
