Maintenance Service Manager

Maintenance Service Manager (Black Seal Licensed) We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Service Manager to oversee a condominium's building systems, common areas, mechanical equipment, and maintenance staff. A valid Black Seal Boiler Operator License is required. Responsibilities Oversee HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and life safety systemsPerform and coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenanceSupervise, train, and schedule maintenance staffRespond to resident maintenance requests and emergenciesMaintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety requirementsParticipate in emergency on-call coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Qualifications At least five years of commercial or residential building maintenance experience and three years of supervisory experienceStrong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, with basic carpentry, drywall, and painting abilitiesKnowledge of OSHA requirements and safe work practicesStrong leadership, communication, organization, and customer service skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance technologyHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school education preferredValid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
