Maintenance Service Coordinator

About the role

The Maintenance Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate maintenance and repair services for Casey's Fleet. This position involves coordinating with various departments, managing repair orders, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Supports and coordinates efforts between outside support services and internal team members to maintain maintenance services and mission-critical equipment.
• Schedules company assets for services due in each supporting repair facility, ensuring nothing goes past due.
• Reviews internal and external repair orders and ensures time and parts charged are accurate before closing out orders.
• Flags internal and external repair work orders for policy/warranty support when reviewing during or prior to closing out work orders.
• Ensures the CMMS Program (RTA) is accurate and up-to-date, reviewing processes and procedures as needed.
• Provides administrative support to the Service teams.
• Maintains and supports RTA systems.

Qualifications

• A college degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance reporting standards, codes, and proper maintenance and repair techniques to assist outside repair facilities.
• Familiarity with relevant safety components and the ability to assess equipment failures over the telephone and relay the proper information and location to repair facilities.
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships based on transparency and mutual respect.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly recognize issues and opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and have the physical ability to drive a vehicle for job-related travel.

Pay

Starting hiring range: $23.75 - $31.25 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Our full salary range for this role extends beyond the typical hiring range listed, offering team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
