Job Description
The Scheduler/Planner, Maintenance-ABU is responsible for end-to-end maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution coordination to ensure plant assets are maintained in a safe, compliant, and reliable state. The Scheduler/Planner owns the maintenance planning function within SAP, including work order management, preventative maintenance execution, spare parts planning, and procurement activities. This role collaborates closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize resource utilization, support capacity and long-term planning, and proactively improve equipment reliability and uptime across the facility.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 5 Years in Maintenance Trades required
- 2 Years with ERP Software required
- Project Plus Certification desired
- Pharmaceutical Experience/Regulated Industry Experience required
- SAP Experience required
- Scheduling Tools Experience required
- Ability to Read Plant and Production Schedules Experience required
- Analytical, Logistical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Basic exchange of information
