We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: About the role (maybe "About the role" or "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include only sections with real content. We have content: Overview of company (WHO IS FIRSTCALL MECHANICAL?) - could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic; but we have company description. Could use "About the role" heading for that description. Or we could use "About the role" for role overview. The posting includes "Position Overview". That could be "About the role". We'll include that. We have Benefits Overview: list of benefits. So Benefits section. We have Role-Specific Perks: also part of benefits? Could be included under Benefits. We have Pay: "Competitive Weekly Pay" mentioned in benefits. So we could have Pay section? The instruction: only include Pay if posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive Weekly Pay". So we can include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit. Qualifications: we have Qualifications section with bullet list. So include. Skills: Not explicit separate; but we have Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Environmental Requirements, Physical Demands. Those could be under Skills or Requirements. The instruction: use headings like Skills, Requirements, Qualifications. We have Qualifications already. Could also have Skills for language, math, reasoning. But we might combine into Qualifications. However we have a separate "QUALIFICATIONS" heading in the posting. We'll treat that as Qualifications. We also have "ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT" - could be under About the role? Not needed. We have "Accountabilities" - could be under Responsibilities? Actually responsibilities already listed. Accountabilities maybe similar to responsibilities. We could incorporate into Responsibilities. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. We'll structure:

About the role

Position Overview ...

Maybe also include company description under About the role? Could add a paragraph about FirstCall Mechanical. We have "WHO IS FIRSTCALL MECHANICAL?" with description. Could include that as part of About the role. We'll combine. Then

Responsibilities

with
  • ... list. Then

    Qualifications

    with
    • ... list. Then

      Skills

maybe with subheadings? But we can just list language, math, reasoning, environmental, physical as list items. Then

      Benefits

      with
      • ... list. Then

        Pay

        with

        Competitive Weekly Pay

maybe also mention other pay details? Only that. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information. Let's extract details. Accountabilities (maybe incorporate into responsibilities but we can keep as separate bullet list under Responsibilities? The instruction: use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we could include accountabilities as part of responsibilities list. But we have separate "Accountabilities" heading; we could treat as part of responsibilities. However we should not invent sections; we can keep responsibilities as is and maybe add accountabilities as additional bullet points under responsibilities. Let's incorporate them. Accountabilities bullet points: - Consistently achieves sales goals by generating new opportunities and expanding FirstCall Mechanical’s customer base. - Continually develops technical HVAC knowledge and sales skills through FirstCall Academy and ongoing industry learning. - Delivers an exceptional customer experience to ensure FirstCall Mechanical remains the trusted partner for HVAC and Refrigeration needs. - Represents FirstCall Mechanical with professionalism, urgency, and commitment to customer success. However instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay into Benefits. But they said include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state Competitive Weekly Pay. Could either include as part of Benefits or separate. To avoid thin sections, maybe include Pay as part of Benefits. But they gave example headings including Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It's okay to have Pay separate if we have content. However we already have Competitive Weekly Pay in Benefits list; if we also make Pay section, we'd duplicate. Better to keep Pay as part of Benefits, not separate. So we will not create a Pay section. Schedule: not present. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Now produce HTML fragment. We'll wrap each section in

and then content. For About the role: we can have two paragraphs: company description and position overview. Let's craft:
