Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative to drive the growth and profitability of our HVAC Service business. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective customers, and securing long-term service agreements that deliver value to our customers and support FirstCall Mechanical's continued growth.
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in HVAC, commercial services, facilities, construction, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to develop new business, generate leads, and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Experience selling HVAC service agreements, preventative maintenance programs, or recurring service solutions preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and building operations preferred.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to customers and decision-makers.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory, prioritize opportunities, and drive results independently.
- Experience utilizing CRM or sales management tools preferred.

Physical Demands
- Regular travel to customer locations, job sites, and business meetings.
- Work in a field environment and interact with customers in commercial facilities.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Regularly stand, walk, and sit.
- Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl while visiting customer locations.
