Your Impact
The Maintenance Sales Director drives revenue growth by building strategic client relationships and selling scheduled maintenance, project work, and AOG services across multiple aircraft types. This role combines technical aviation knowledge with consultative sales expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences while expanding Jet Access Maintenance's market presence.
Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years of aircraft maintenance sales or related aviation sales experience
- Demonstrated success in consultative B2B sales with proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance processes, inspection types, and common maintenance events
- Knowledge of various aircraft makes and models with ability to discuss maintenance requirements intelligently
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to maintain and protect confidential client information with discretion
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%
Additional Qualities That Will Make You Successful
- Previous experience in Part 135 or Part 145 maintenance environment
- A&P license or technical aviation background providing deeper understanding of maintenance operations
- Experience selling to high-net-worth individuals and corporate flight departments
- Established network within private aviation maintenance community
- Familiarity with aircraft valuation and how maintenance history impacts asset value
- Track record of developing new accounts and expanding market share in competitive environments
- Understanding of FAA regulations governing aircraft maintenance and airworthiness
- Experience with aviation maintenance tracking software (Camp, Traxxall, etc.)
- Strong presentation skills with ability to deliver compelling sales presentations
- Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
- Professional demeanor with comfort engaging executives, aircraft owners, and maintenance professionals
- Passion for aviation and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
What The Days Look Like
- Monday through Friday (In-Office)
- Evening/weekend hours may be required for various events and initiatives
- Some travel will be required for client meetings, trade shows and facility visits
What Will Make You Successful
- Base Salary of $75,000 (annualized), paid bi-weekly
