Maintenance Repair Technician
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
Perform reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance to support production equipment.
Lead technical and process improvement projects.
Work with robotic systems.
Vision System experience.
Identify trends and offer recommendations for improvement.
Provide design input on custom fabricated equipment and equipment parts.
Training
Train Technicians and Machine Operators.
Qualifications
- Three years or more of Electro-Mechanical Maintenance experience.
Experience in industrial preventative maintenance (electric motors, gear boxes, pneumatic cylinders, cams, bearings, VFD systems, sensors, servos, potentiometers). - Experience interpreting electrical schematics, specifications, manuals, and blueprints.
- Ability to setup and validate machines in assigned area.
Preferred Qualifications
- AAS Degree or Vocational Education.
- Experience working with PLC/HMI software.
- Experience working with 24VDC control systems.
Pay and Schedule
2nd shift position.
Monday-Friday 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
