Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of industrial equipment and machinery.
- C Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Replace worn or damaged parts and components to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and breakdowns, and implement effective repair solutions.
- Analyze technical data and use diagnostic tools to identify root causes of equipment failures.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement reliability strategies such as predictive maintenance techniques and condition monitoring.
- Recommend and implement modifications and upgrades to enhance equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
- Generate reports on equipment performance, maintenance findings, and reliability metrics.
- Absorb and implement new maintenance procedures and documentation for equipment.
Other Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years related experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry rental or electrical industry
- High School diploma, skilled labor certificate or equivalent
- Willingness to work in exposure to extreme temperatures, wind, precipitation, in addition to working at heights.
- Able to stoop, sit, stand, or be on their feet for extended period of times
- Able to lift 25 pounds up to 10 times per shift
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Valid Driver’s License
- Good written and verbal communication skills
