Maintenance Reliability Supervisor

About the role

You will oversee the daily activity and development of multiple technicians, while identifying opportunities to produce great food more efficiently and at a low cost. You will work to solve mechanical and electrical problems, as well as execute on continuous improvement initiatives!

Responsibilities

• Establishing work plans that support and improve plant equipment reliability
• Incorporating a culture of inclusion and continuity within all departments through Continuous Improvement
• Directing, training and developing maintenance team members in their area of expertise
• Using problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate maintenance issues
• Identifying opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principals

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and related work experience
• Prior experience within plant maintenance or industrial maintenance is preferred
• Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
• Ability to work an off shift

Pay

The annual salary range is $77,200-$106,150, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.

Schedule

This position works from 7 pm - 7 am. This facility is a 24/7 operation.
