Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean appearance at the facility/DOT-regulated shuttle operation by performing all maintenance and cleaning tasks related to the facility and/or shuttle buses.
  • Move shuttle buses for fueling, cleaning, general maintenance, etc.
  • Shovel, plow, or blow snow from entrance/exit ramps and designated areas using shovels, snow blowers, and other light-duty equipment.
  • Paint all areas of the facility as directed (signs, doors, walls, curbs, islands, etc.) to ensure neat and clean appearance.
  • Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks from checklists and as directed to remove dirt, dust, litter, and debris using brooms, mops, brushes, and hand tools.
  • Report policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the facility manager promptly.
  • Assist customers within the facility or as directed by the facility manager/supervisor.
  • Resolve customer complaints independently or with supervisor assistance.
  • Cover other duties (e.g., cashier) as needed and maintain familiarity with all aspects of the operation.
  • Maintain a neat, clean appearance and wear a complete uniform before and during scheduled shifts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class A, B, or C with Passenger Endorsement (if operating shuttle buses with 15+ passengers).
  • DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
  • Availability to work special shifts (2nd shift, 3rd shift, weekends) if required by location.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret English; respond to customer inquiries/complaints.

  • Moves quickly as required by the role.
  • Specific vision abilities: Close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Pay

$22.36 per hour (+ tips). This role is eligible to earn tips in addition to the posted hourly rate.
