Maintenance Planner/Scheduler E&I
About the role
The Maintenance Planner E&I position is available in the Maintenance and Reliability Department at the Pensacola site. The base work schedule is 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, with some overtime required. After-hours availability may be necessary.
Responsibilities
- Develops E&I and soft skills maintenance work plans, including corrective, preventive, and predictive tasks.
- Ensures the accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM) and makes necessary edits and additions.
- Identifies part discrepancies, additional work needed, and recurring issues in the area of responsibility through review of work orders.
- Plans mechanical maintenance work, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as OSHA, EPA, and state/local environmental regulations.
- Reviews submitted work orders for completeness and accuracy, communicating with Operations & Maintenance Coordinators as needed.
- Transitions capital improvement projects from engineering to operations and maintenance departments, updating CMMS database accordingly.
- Maintains Preventive Maintenance (PM) system for the assigned area, editing jobs, estimated hours, frequency, and adding new PMs as needed.
- Aids Material Coordinator with part discrepancies, description cleanup, and other related tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience as a qualified E&I Technician.
- At least 3 to 5 years of planning experience.
- Understanding of the Maintenance Work Flow process and the Management-of-Change process.
- Knowledge of relevant Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) requirements and how to comply with them.
- Comprehensive knowledge of equipment throughout the plant.
Qualifications
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to define and create detailed job plans, including scope, skill levels, time estimates, tools, and additional services.
- Reads and interprets prints and schematics.
- Experience with the Purchasing and Stores process and proficiency in using SAP maintenance program, PC web-based data entry, Microsoft Office Suite, and other applications.
- Proficiency in making necessary changes to SAP Equipment and Functional Location records.

Pay
The salary grade level for this position is H6. Details regarding compensation will be provided during the interview process.
