Maintenance Planner

Maintenance Planning & Analysis

• Create and manage the maintenance workflow process.
• Schedule and prioritize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work orders for plant equipment.
• Cook up alignment of work order scheduling with production plans and downtime windows.
• Keep the CMMS updated with accurate equipment records, work history, and PM schedules.
• Forecast parts and materials needed for upcoming maintenance work.
• Track maintenance KPIs (PM compliance, work order backlog, downtime, MTTR/MTBF) and report trends to plant leadership.
• Help figure out the root causes of recurring equipment failures and make changes based on findings.
• Collaborate with outside contractors and vendors as necessary.
• Support inventory accuracy for spare parts through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.

Inventory Support

• Ensure inventory accuracy for raw and packaging materials through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Partner with Production Planning and Purchasing to make sure MRO and production materials are available when needed.
