Maintenance Planner

Job Overview

Our pharmaceutical client is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support maintenance, reliability, and engineering projects. The role will coordinate preventative maintenance activities, project schedules, job statuses, and maintenance work using SAP CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventative maintenance and engineering activities.
• Manage project timelines, job statuses, and MRO notifications in SAP CMMS.
• Maintain functional locations and maintenance-related records.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Reliability teams.
• Support projects in both GMP and Non-GMP environments.
• Track progress and ensure activities remain on schedule.

Requirements

• 5+ years of GMP project scheduling / maintenance planning experience
• SAP CMMS
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintenance & Reliability
• Engineering Project Scheduling
• GMP / Non-GMP experience
• Strong cross-functional communication

Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Start: Late September / Early October 2026
