Maintenance Planner

About the role

We're looking for a reliability driver who can own the CMMS, lead the PM program, and push us from preventive to predictive maintenance. You'll be responsible for identifying downtime trends, leading root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. If you're someone who can't rest until you've tackled a downtime trend, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Mine CMMS data, downtime trends, and failure history for patterns
• Lead root cause analysis and push corrective actions to completion
• Challenge how maintenance can lift operations and reduce downtime
• Implement predictive maintenance using machine data, vibration, and thermal monitoring
• Improve key metrics: PM compliance, OEE, MTBF, MTTR
• Earn the trust of technicians and align operations and engineering behind the plan

Requirements

• 3 to 7+ years of maintenance planning, coordination, or reliability experience in manufacturing
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems (Aptean, Maximo, TabWare; food or packaging a plus)
• Strong mechanical and electrical foundation and a head for data
• Technically curious, driven to eliminate inefficiency, and able to drive change under pressure
• Ability to communicate effectively and turn data into actionable priorities
• High school diploma plus technical school, or equivalent experience
