Maintenance Planner

Around the Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Planner who is passionate about work planning and the maintenance trade. The role will be based in Cary, NC.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling Support – Scheduling planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Teamwork – Working alongside the Maintenance Planning team and coordinating with Operations, Reliability, and Quality & Food Safety.
• Metric and Safety Driven – Ensuring values like People Safety and Food Safety are prioritized, and KPIs are met.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED with substantial related work experience.
• Experience with SAP or other maintenance planning software.
• Ability to quickly develop an in-depth working knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes, workflows, and procedures.
• Strong technical aptitude.

• Ability to effectively motivate, communicate, delegate, negotiate, and train others.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The annual salary range is $77,200 - $101,325, based on various factors such as location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
