Duties/Responsibilities
- Aid in digital data gathering for bid work.
- Perform data entry tasks to convert customer specifications into work instructions.
- Prepare work packages for operations, including assembling work cards, sorting, and printing.
- Identify, gather, and sort required technical data from various aircraft maintenance manuals.
- Navigate governmental and manufacturer websites to retrieve and sort relevant documents.
- Assist in loading and setting up project control booths.
- Perform essential Production Control Administrator duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Planning Manager.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent cross-functional teaming and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience in aircraft maintenance planning preferred.
- Experience in aircraft maintenance with planning, 2+ years preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
Education And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree, post-secondary education, or training in aircraft maintenance, or equivalent education/experience required.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting, standing, walking for extended periods.
- Frequent walking, climbing, lifting, bending, reaching to shoulder level, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds.
- Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
- Corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Equipment Operated
- ERP systems, Excel for tracking, Microsoft programming for team communications.
- Office machines, support servers, 3D and label printers, handhelds, troubleshooting equipment.
Working Conditions
- Office inside an aircraft hangar, computer rooms, various offices/departments.
- May work at both Marana, AZ and Tucson, AZ locations.
Additional Duties
- May be required to work at both Marana, AZ and Tucson, AZ locations as business needs dictate.
- Other duties as assigned by department management.
