Responsibilities

• Develops maintenance plans and schedules based on recurring preventive maintenance activities, predictive maintenance data and KPIs.
• Screens and develops work orders.
• Audits equipment to document work requirements and quality.
• Estimate labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment for all assigned work orders to support a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) program.
• Works closely with Maintenance management, Maintenance Technicians, Control Systems Technicians and Operations teams to plan, coordinate, and schedule proactive maintenance activities during available downtime windows.
• Helps prevent unplanned downtime of material handling equipment and disruption to production activities.
• Fulfills Best Formulations leadership principles of Innovation, Bias for Action and Ownership of their maintenance program.
• Ensures the Company remains in compliance with all regulatory agencies (FDA, USDA, ec.) with regard to Sanitation, as well as being responsible for maintaining all sanitation, HACCP, cGMP and Pest Control programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED Certificate; and Two (2) or more years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment, or Any combination of experience, education, and training that provides the level of knowledge, skills, and experience needed to successfully perform the job.
• Knowledge of CMMS use (preferably RedZone).
• Proficient skills in reading, writing, and speaking in English; bilingual (Mandarin/Spanish) skills a plus.
