Maintenance Personnel

About the role

Maintenance Personnel needed to cover Fox Chapel and Monroeville locations (possibly others as needed).

Responsibilities

• Maintain GS property(s) for cleanliness and general housekeeping
• Landscaping: grass cutting, mulching, hedge trimming, snow removal etc.
• Ensure all equipment on property is in working condition
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 1 year of property maintenance experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work well with people
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to move throughout the property to which assigned and the ability to climb stairs
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects (up to 100lbs)
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and willing to travel within the area
