Maintenance Painter – PRN

Your Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team, responsible for transforming residential and/or commercial spaces through high-quality interior and exterior painting projects.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Painting experience
• Experience doing dry wall.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting, which includes cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks with appropriate fillers like caulk, putty, or plaster.
• Protect surrounding areas by covering fixtures, furniture, and other surfaces with masking tape, drop cloths, or other protective coverings.
• Select, mix, and match paints and other materials, including primers, sealers, varnishes, or stains, to achieve the required colors and finishes.
• Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, cabinets, wood, metal, and drywall, using appropriate tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
