We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (or About the Position?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use for each section heading. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Other Duties" maybe? It says "Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover..." That's boilerplate; we should remove it. Also "Our offer SSAB BENEFITS – starting at hire!" is benefits. We need to extract benefits list.
We need to parse the job description.
Let's extract sections:
About the Position: paragraph describing role.
Main Responsibilities: list of duties.
Required Education: includes Education, Experience, and Competencies heading? Actually "Required Education Education, Experience, and Competencies". Then bullet points: High School diploma or equivalent GED or HSE; Preferred Education Associates degree or certificate in mechanical or electrical field; Required Experience Strong Mechanical background Minimum of 2 years of heavy industrial experience; Preferred Experience Heavy industry mechanical experience with basic PLC/electrical understanding. In addition, strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required. Pass Stick overhead 3G welding test. Minimum Microsoft Office suite computer skills are required.
Position Type - Work Hours - Travel Requirements: Position is full time, hourly, eligible for overtime; Position works rotating 12-hour swing shifts to include days and nights; No travel is expected.
Working Conditions: details about vision/hearing, physical demands, conditions.
Other Duties: boilerplate, remove.
Our offer SSAB BENEFITS – starting at hire! Then list benefits.
We need sections: About the role (maybe "About the Position" but heading should be "About the role"? The instruction: use

We need sections: About the role (maybe "About the Position" but heading should be "About the role"? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings if content exists. So we need to map content to these headings.
- About the role: use the paragraph about position.
- Responsibilities: list of main responsibilities.
- Requirements: maybe combine education and experience? The instruction includes Requirements as a possible heading. Could put education and experience under Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe separate? Could put preferred education etc. But we have limited distinct sections. We could put Education under Requirements, Experience also under Requirements. Or we could have Qualifications for preferred education/certifications. But we need to avoid thin sections. Better to have a few substantive sections.
We have Benefits: list.
Pay: The posting mentions "Excellent Pay with Additional Bonus". That's specific? It says "Excellent Pay with Additional Bonus". That's somewhat vague but it's mention of pay. Should we include Pay section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Excellent Pay with Additional Bonus". That's a statement about pay, albeit not specific numbers. It's still stating pay exists. So we can include Pay section with that sentence.
Schedule: The posting states rotating 12-hour swing shifts, days and nights, full time, hourly, eligible for overtime. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
We should not include Pay if it's just "Excellent Pay with Additional Bonus" - it's still content. We'll include.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:
