Maintenance Operator C

About the role

The Maintenance Operator C position at Royal Oak is responsible for performing a wide range of repair tasks including maintenance and repairs on various pieces of manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performing repair tasks on manufacturing equipment
• Maintaining and repairing various pieces of equipment
• Training D/E level Operators on mechanical troubleshooting
• Training D/E Operators on basic TPM tasks
• Training D/E Operators on PM checklists

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Advanced welding and cutting skills
• Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Part replacement skills, such as changing of sprockets, swapping motors, etc.

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

• Work involves standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and twisting.
• May involve exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, dust, fumes, and chemicals.
• May require working in confined spaces, ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Schedule

The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 2:45pm - 3:00am and other hours as needed for call in.
